Red potatoes - enough to fill a 9 x 13 baking dish
2 tbsp. butter & 2 tbsp. olive oil melted
Fresh garlic - chopped or finely sliced (add according to your love of garlic)
Multi-seasoning (Johnny Seasoning)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube red potatoes into pan, & pour melted butter & oil over potatoes (make sure all potatoes are at least slightly covered). Stir potatoes & add garlic & seasoning & stir again.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr. - EVERY 15 MINUTES STIR POTATOES.
