4 cups baby carrots
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Mix brown sugar, butter and honey. Place carrots and water in 13x9-inch pan. Cover with foil; bake 30-35 minutes until tender. Remove foil and stir in butter mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes stirring until carrots are glazed and start to brown. Season with salt and pepper.
