1/2 Cup Warm Water
3 Packages of Yeast
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Water or Milk
1 Beaten Egg
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Softened Butter
6 1/2 to 7 1/2 Cups Flour

For Cinnamon Rolls:
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add rest of ingredients. Knead in flour. Let raise.

For dinner rolls: After raising one time, form into rolls. Place on greased baking sheet. Let raise until double. Bake 20 minutes at 350.

For cinnamon rolls: After raising one time, roll out. Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up. Slice into 1-inch rolls.

Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Let raise again until double. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Drizzle with frosting if desired. Makes three pans of 12.
