Frozen dough
Brown sugar
Heavy Sweet Cream

Directions:
Depending how much you make. A regular 9x13 baking dish, I use 2 1/2 loaves. Take out to thaw about 10 pm. Make caramel during the day. 2 cups of brown sugar to 1 cup heavy cream. Bring the cream and sugar to a heavy rolling boil. Let cool. About 10:30pm, take the dough and cut into bits the size of small walnuts. Pour half the cooled caramel into the bottom of the pan. Layer with bits of dough (dough should not be totally thawed, just enough to cut into pieces) Pour the rest of the cold caramel over the layer of dough bits. Then put another layer of dough bits. Keep in a cool place until next morning. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. If it gets to warm, it will rise too much and then fall as you put them into a preheated oven. They should usually be ready to bake by 6:30 or 7:00 AM.
