4 whole garlic gloves
4 c breadcrumbs
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Mince garlic cloves and mix in yogurt. Wash chicken and place in yogurt mixture to marinate. Place in refrigerator overnight. (Not necessary if you're tight on time--I've left it in the fridge for like half an hour when I was rushed, and it still turns out great, but it's better if left overnight.)

Mix grated Parmesan with breadcrumbs. Remove chicken from fridge and coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheets (best if foil-lined and sprayed with cooking spray). Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is an incredibly easy dinner and so good, especially served with rice or baked potatoes and some veggies.
