4 lbs chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
Ranch dressing
Potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
At home: Cut chicken into bite sized chunks, freeze in four quart sized zip top bags.

In camp: Coat the chicken in ranch dressing, let marinate for about 10 minutes.

Crush the potato chips in a separate bag, add one bag of chicken to chips at a time until all are coated.

Wrap the coated chicken in foil and cook over hot coals for about 20-30 minutes, turning once.
