3 or 4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
4 or 5 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and onions. Layer the following into 2 1/2 quart casserole: sliced raw potatoes, ground beef mixture, kidney beans and tomato soup. Top with bacon slices. Cover and bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover the last half hour to crisp up the bacon.
