9 inch unbaked pie shell sliced, peeled pears 1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 1 cup half and half
Fill crust level full with sliced pears.Mix the sugar and flour and add the half and half. Pour over pears and bake in 400 degree over for l5 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake until cream has set like a custard, about 45 minutes.
