1 can cream style corn (8 3/4 oz. is plenty)
8 saltines, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt (if desired)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the corn, saltines, butter, salt, and pepper in a shallow 2 or 3 cup size baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Beat egg, whisk in milk and pour over corn mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until top is puffy and golden, about 40 to 45 minutes.
