2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add vinegar to milk. Combine at once with flour mixture.

Fill with desired pie filling and cook according to pie recipe.

I used to be a bit frightened of pie crusts, so whenever I wanted to make a pie, this was my default recipe. I've finally overcome that fear, but this is still a solid gold recipe, as far as I'm concerned. It's incredibly easy and really never fails!
