1 stick butter 3 c sugar 1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1/2 tsp salt
Melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and thoroughly blend in sugar and salt. SLOWLY add evaporated milk - blending thoroughly adding a little at a time. Bring to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat immediately.
