Double pie crust

1 c sugar
1-12 T flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 tsp salt

Combine & toss in rhubarb and let set for 15 minutes

4 c rhubarb

2/3 c evaporated milk
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c sugar

Combine and pour over rhubarb; put in pie crust

Bake 450 for 15 minutes

Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes
