2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
chopped pecans

Cake: Mix by hand; pour into cake pan and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes until done

Frosting: Add all ingredients except chopped pecans. Beat together & spread on warm cake.
Top with chopped pecans
