1/2 c butter
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp salt
juice of 3 small lemons
4 boneless chicken breast halves, sliced lengthwise into thirds
1-2 c heavy cream
3 large Tbsp Italian blend cheese (or just some Parmesan)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, heat the butter over medium high until butter melts. Add parsley, basil, oregano, garlic and salt and mix together in the skillet. Stir in half of lemon juice.

Add chicken and saute for about 3 min on each side, or until white. Lower heat and cook for about 10-15 min or until juices run clear.

Remove chicken and cover to keep warm.

More butter can be added to skillet if necessary. Add remaining lemon juice. Add heavy cream and cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Serve over pasta.
