2 1/2 c flour
3/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 c plus 2 Tbsp white sugar
1 c light brown sugar
1 c butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
48 Rolo candies (just buy a few of the large bags--nothing wrong with having leftover Rolos, right?)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa and soda and set aside. Beat brown sugar, 1 c white sugar and butter; set aside. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add dry mixture and blend well. Shape cookies into small balls. Press one Rolo candy into each ball and cover with dough. Roll each cookie in sugar to coat.

Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 min or until tops are slightly cracked. Be sure to eat some RIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN (but don't burn your tongue!).
