1 cup long grain rice
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups turkey (good for left over turkey)
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained (11 oz.)
1 can 4 oz. mushroom, drained
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chopped dry onion
1 tsp. chopped dried peppers
1 bottle beer (I used H. Weinhards)
1/2 tsp each salt, pepper,sweet basil, & parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Use a 8x11 baking dish or casserole with a cover. Layer the ingredients as given. Start with the rice, cheese, turkey etc. Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees for about an hour. Whatever time your rice needs, depending what kind you use.
