1 cucumber, diced
1green pepper, diced (or 2 stalks celery)
1 small onion, diced
1 (3oz.) box lemon jello
1 small ctn. cottage cheese
1 c. salad dressing
2/3 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool to lukewarm. Add cottage cheese, salad dressing, then diced vegetables; chill until jello sets.
