Ingredients:
3-4 cans of whole green beans
1 lb. bacon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, whole stick
4 tsp. of minced garlic, or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut bacon in 1/2 lengthwise. Take 6-8 green beans and place on 1/2 a slice of bacon. Roll bacon around beans and place flap side down in a baking pan. DO NOT LAYER. Place bundles side by side until the entire pan is full. I use a 9" x 13" pan.

To make the sauce, slightly boil the sugar, butter, & garlic. Pour the sauce over the bundles and bake 40-60 min. or until the bacon is as done as you want it. you may also want to cook these the night before you want to eat them, so that the sauce can marinate the bundles. Then when you are ready to eat them, just heat in microwave or oven.

Amy is the wife of Marshall Howard, the daughter of Linda (Finkbeiner) Hicks & the granddaughter of Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner & the late Charles Finkbeiner. I like to put water chestnuts in there for a little different taste. I also make 2-3 times this amount for a get together with close friends.
