4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 16 oz. can pumpkin 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 3 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 2 cups or 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
