6 cups water
1 cup finely diced celery
1 cup finely diced onion
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
1 bag frozen mixed cauliflower, broccoli, & carrots
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
l can cheddar cheese soup
1 pound diced Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, celery, onion, and bouillon cubes for 20 minutes.
Add potatoes and mixed vegetables and cook 30 minutes more or until vegetables are tender.
Add soups and stir until blended and cheese is melted.
