FISH MARINADE:
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 cup light clover honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. liquid-smoke flavoring
PINEAPPPLE SALSA
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2- 1 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 tsp. finely minced ginger
1 tsp. chopped fresh mint

Cook marinade ingredients over low heat, stirring well, for 5 minutes. Cool. Put sallmon in a glass dish and pour marinade over it. Let stand for 30 minutes, turning once. Oil grill or use a fish basket. Cook salmon 5 - minutes on one side. turn and cook 5 minutes more or until done.

Mix all salsa ingredients and refrigerate for 4 hours.
