3 - 3 1/2 lb. chicken
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water

l tbsp. wine or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or fry chicken.
Cook cranberries, brown sugar and water for 5 minutes or until cranberries burst.
Mix remaining 6 ingredients, add to cranberries, and cook until the mixture thickens. Pour over cooked chicken.
