Bake at 350 ºF. Stir flour and sugar then add 12 oz. of room temperature beer and stir 25 stokes. Put in a buttered bread pan and bake to 1 1/4 hrs. Cool and put in plastic bag over night. This bread has a heavy crust.
You can also add salt, garlic salt, or yogurt. Yogurt will give bread a sourdough flavor. Or add an egg for texture.
