Tortilla Soup Recipe

1 c chopped onions
2 garlic cloves, mashed
2 tbsp oil
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cans chicken stock
2 cans beef stock
1 tsp cumin
1-2 tbsp cilantro
3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Saute onion and garlic cloves in oil. Combine all ingredients in crock pot or soup pot and simmer. To serve place a handful of tortilla chips in a bowl. Pour soup over chips and top with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions if desired.
