1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. rum extract or rum liquor
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 9" pie shell
1/2 cup walnut halves for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add melted chocolate chips, coffee and rum. Stir in flour and broken walnuts. Pour into pie shell. Top with remaining walnuts around edge of crust for decoration. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
