5 lbs. red potatoes
3 c. Miracle Whip (or 16 oz.)
2/3 c. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
5 chopped hard-boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skins on until soft. Peel skins off after they are cool. In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, milk and remaining ingredients, except the eggs. Pour over the potatoes; stir well. Add the eggs last.

Mary Margaret Snyder Beri's potato salad. She also added celery at times. She also sliced some egg to lay on top, and added green pepper for a fancy top.
