1 c. Olive Oil, 1c. Sugar, 1/2 c. Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 can black eye peas, 1 can black beans, 1 little can shoe peg corn, 1 little jar of pimientos, 1/4 c. chopped jalapeņo

Directions:
Directions:
Heat to a boil, olive oil, sugar, and apple cider vinegar, then cool. Drain remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour oil and vinegar mix over top and let sit over night in the refrigerator. Drain and serve with Fritos.
