7 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 C ground pecans
1 t baking powder
1 C thick whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brush jell roll pan 10x15 with oil, line with wax paper turn over to oil both sides.
Separate 7 eggs beat the yolks with 3/4 c sugar until pale and thick enough to ribbon.
Beat in 1 1/2 C ground pecans, and 1 t baking powder. Beat the egg whites to stiff and fold into the yolks.
Spread in prepared pan. Bake 350 for 15 to 20 min. cool cake in pan by covering with a damp towel. Chill
Whip the cream.
Dust cooed cake with powdered sugar, then turn out on a board covered with wax paper. Carefully strip wax paper off cake. Spread cake with the whipped cream, then roll, sprinkle with powder sugar and refrigerate.
