5 Anaheim or Cubanelle peppers
1 loaf Cuban baguette bread
1 block pepper jack cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
pour olive oil into a nonstick skillet
heat to medium temperature
add sliced and deseeded peppers
saute until peppers are still firm
add slice cheese to the peppers stirring frequently

at the same time slice the bread and bake for 5 minutes at 350 or until bread is slightly browned

pour the pepper and cheese mixture over the bread and enjoy!
