1 large bottle of soysauce 5 T brown sugar 1 T powder ginger 1 pkg green onion 1 t garlic powder 3 small round steaks or the exultant
Meat should be cut thin to Bar B Q. Mix soysauce, ginger, brown sugar, garlic and onions. Add meat, liquid will not cover meat so add water to cover. refrigerate in a covered dish 24 hours. Then Bar B Q till done.
You can also do chicken the same way.
