1-2 lbs. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
1 bag frozen cut broccoli
1 cup white rice, cooked
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk
2/3 - 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
2-3 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Combine broccoli, rice and chicken in large bowl and stir together. In another bowl, combine Miracle Whip, soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour broccoli mixture into large, greased pan or casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over the broccoli mix, distributing evenly. Cut Velveeta Cheese into slices and cover top of mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs across top of cheese. Drizzle melted butter over bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake an additional 10-20 minutes or until bread crumbs on top are toasted.
