1 15.25 oz. can beets 1/4 c. sugar 2 T. red wine vinegar 1 T. cornstarch 2 T. water
In saucepan bring undrained beets to a boil. Add sugar and vinegar and continue to boil. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to mixture, stirring constantly. Bring back to boil. Remove from heat and serve.
