1-2 Pounds Tendorized Minute or Round Steak
2 Large Cans of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup of Milk
2-3 Tablespoons of Seasoning Salt
1/2 Cup Flour to Coat Meat
1-2 Tablespoons Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Large Sliced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in frying pan-you want it hot to sear the meat. In a baking pan mix flour & seasoning salt.
You can either cut meat up in pieces or leave in slices. Coat with seasoning salt & flour. Sear sides of meat 2-3 minutes each.
Place 1/2 the sliced onion on the bottom of a
9 x 13 greased pan. Place meat on top of the onions. Add the rest of the onions to the top of the meat.
Mix milk & soup together. (You can add the frying pan oil if you want.) Pour over onions & meat. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to your taste. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
