12 flour tortillas
1 # Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 c sour cream
3 c cooked chicken, chopped
1 med onion, minced
1 4 oz can mild green chilies
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1/3 c pureed picante sauce
1 c cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Warm tortillas on preheated skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Combine chicken, monteray jack cheese, sour cream, onions and chilies. Salt and pepper to taste. Place spoonful of mixture on each tortilla and toll up. Place filled tortilla on an oiled 9 x 13 pan that you have put half of the enchilada sauce on. Combine the rest of the enchilada sauce and picante sauce. Pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 350, 45 minutes.
