1 medium onion
1 1/2# steak or chicken
2 cans pinto beans, drain and rinse
1 can black beans, drain and rinse
2 c water
2 cans tomatoes, plain or while chilies
1 can cream corn
1 envelope (1/4 c) taco seasoning
1 envelope dry Ranch dressing
cilantro, fresh, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef or chicken and onion. Add all of the ingredient's, except the cilantro. Boil, reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes. Add fresh cilantro when serving.
