2/3 C butter
8 large baking potatoes (baked and Chopped)
2/3 C flour
9 to 10 cups milk
4 to 6 chopped green onions (or a medium onion)
1 lbs. bacon (browned and cut in pieces)
1 C sour cream
1 1/2 to 2 C shredded cheddar cheese (or 1/2 jar nacho cheese)


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Add milk slowly and onions. Simmer 10 min. Add potatoes, simmer 15 min. Add sour cream, bacon and cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
