1 large can diced or crushed tomatoes
3-5 jalapeņos, deveined and deseeded
2 tbs minced garlic
Salt to taste
1 large onion

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, boil onion and jalapeņos to soften slightly. The more you cook them the mushier your salsa will be. When done, cut jalapeņos, deseed and devein (this is where the heat is stored). Put in blender and chop according to consistency you like. Add garlic, salt and tomatoes. And blend to desired consistency. Pour into 4 pint size mason jars with lids and seal.

If you like chunky salsa, just skip the blender method and dice finely all ingredients.
