3 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c shredded cheese
1 c cooked meat and/or vegetables
herbs of choice and amount
pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pastry shell or buy an uncooked shell. To prebake the pastry shell, place unpricked pie shell in 450 degree oven for 5-6 minutes.

Combine ingredients and put into partially cooked pastry shell. Lay stripes of tin foil on the exposed edges of the pastry shell so they don't get over done. Bake 325 for 50 minutes or until center is nearly set (center should not be watery).
