1 lb. baby carrots
1/2 onion
3-4 celery stalks, cut into pieces and seasoning to taste.
Chicken thigh's-4- 8 or whatever chicken cuts you choose.
4-6 quarter potatoes
1/2 garlic clove, salt and pepper.
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can clear chicken broth,

Directions:
Line the Bottom of your crock pot with 1 lb. baby carrots, 1/2 onion, 3-4 celery stalks,cut into pieces and seasoning to taste. Layer in chicken thigh's-4- 8 or whatever chicken cuts you choose. Top with 4-6 quarter potatoes, 1/2 garlic clove, salt and pepper. Take one can cream of celery soup and 1 can clear chicken broth, mix together and pour over top of potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
