1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box cook and serve chocolate pudding
1 cup marachino cherries
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Cook pudding in large saucepan, blend dry cake mix into hot pudding; add cherries. Pour into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
