1 fryer, cut up and salted
1 stick butter
1 cup mushroom soup
1 cup uncooked rice
1 envelope onion soup
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt buuter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together, soup, rice, onion soup. Mix and add water. Pour over melted butter. Place fryer pieces on top. Cover with foil, cook for 1 hour at 400. Uncover and cook 30 minutes or longer.
