1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb ground beef
3 cups stewed tomatoes
3 cups pinto beans, cooked
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1 tsp oregano
9 green onions (For garnish)

Heat oil. Saute meat and onion; add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
