1 lb ground beef
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 egg
2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup onion
2 cans tomato sauce
Crackers or bread crumbs, crushed and mixed in

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, worcestershire sauce, add crackers until firm. Add all other ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake at 375 until almost done. Pour tomato sauce over top. Finish baking. About 45 minutes
