1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes french vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8 ozs Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3 cups milk & 2 boxes pudding mix. Mix well with hand mixer until thick. Fold in 8 ozs of cool whip. Layer graham crackers in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Alternate pudding mixture with graham crackers utnil you use all the pudding mixture.

Topping: 1 stick margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
In small saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa, sugar, evaporated milk & vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Let cool for 1 minute and pour over pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
