1 lb crab meat
2 lbs raw shrimp peeled and cleaned
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1 can small mushrooms, drained
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried or fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pick through the crab for shells, and clean the shrimp.
Combine both with pepper, onions, rice and mushrooms in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Mix well; pour into the large bowl. Mix well. Put into a 13" X 9" baking dish and bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.

This can be made with all crab, all shrimp, or even imitation crab which received compliments every time Joan served it.
