1 lb hamburger
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4-5 medium potatoes, cubed
3-4 carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
Large can tomato juice or V8
Small can Veg-All

Directions:

Cook and scramble Hamburger meat with onion and celery until browned. Add water to cover potatoes and carrots. When potatoes are medium soft, add juice and veg all
