48 saltines
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter (2 sticks)

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange saltines on a foil-lined pan (12x18x2). Boil sugar and butter in saucepan until it is a caramel consistency and pour it over the saltines. Bake at 350 for just 5 minutes or until saltines float. Immediately sprinkle chips on top and spread them as they melt to make a thick chocolate layer.
