6 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cooked, mashed
1/2 c. milk
5 T. butter
6 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
onion salt (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together milk, butter, cream cheese, sour cream and onion salt. Add mixture to mashed potatoes and put into a buttered casserole dish.

May be made up to 2 days ahead and kept in frig.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.

This is great for holidays since it can be made ahead of time. Instead of baking it in the oven, I put the potato mixture into a crock pot on low for a few hours the day of serving while I am busy with other preparations.
