4 chicken breasts
2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. Hellman or other good quality mayonnaise
1/2 c. white wine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, or add to taste

Directions:

Boil breasts until done (approx. 30 min.). Cool and then remove bones. Line the bottom of a 9" x 13" dish with broccoli; place chicken pieces over broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese and pour over the chicken; sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until bubbling around the edges.

Sarah Beth is the daughter of the late Bill & Nelwyn (Greene) Hollenshead & the granddaughter of the late Chester "Jake" and Velma (Beavers) Hollenshead. I figured the WW points on this to be 8 pts for 1/6 plus 3 for each 3 oz. of chicken. Therefore I will only eat this for special occasions now, but it is so good!
