Personal Notes:
From the recipe collection of Nelwyn (Greene) Hollenshead. Nelwyn was the wife of the late Bill Hollenshead, Sr. and the mother of Sarah Beth (Hollenshead) Willis who shared this recipe. Our family always enjoyed this and both Joy and Jill have used it now for their families. We usually try to have it when we are together and call it "Grandmother's Rice".
